Payment details such as credit card and bank account numbers are managed by the operator of Kaihi Pay. We do not store them.
3. Purposes of Use
We use personal information only for the following purposes.
- To respond to inquiries and to schedule trial sessions and tours
- To process memberships, manage member records, and bill and collect monthly fees
- To provide coaching and training programs suited to each person
- To keep you safe during training and to respond to illness or accidents
- To contact you about changes to opening days, temporary closures, and other gym operations
- To send information about campaigns and events by LINE or email (we will stop on request)
- To improve our services and to analyze how our website is used
We will ask for your consent before using personal information for any other purpose.
4. Health Information
To help you train safely, we ask about your health, including chronic conditions, medical history, and injuries, on the trial and tour application form and elsewhere.
This information is classified as "special care-required personal information" under Japanese law, and we handle it as follows.
- We explain why we need it and collect it only with your consent
- We use it only to adjust your training and to keep you safe
- We do not share it with third parties, except as required by law or where needed to protect someone’s life or health (for example, when calling an ambulance)
- Answering is voluntary. For your safety, however, we may ask you to obtain your doctor’s permission before training

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases.

- Where necessary to protect a person’s life, health, or property, and it is difficult to obtain your consent
- Where necessary to cooperate with national or local government bodies performing duties prescribed by law

- Only the representative and staff who need it for their work can access personal information
- Paper documents, including the application forms filled in at trial sessions and tours, are kept in a locked place
- Computers and smartphones are password-protected and kept up to date
- Forms on our website are sent over encrypted (SSL) connections
- Information that is no longer needed is disposed of appropriately
9. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Suspension of Use
If you ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete, or stop using the personal information we hold about you, we will confirm your identity and respond promptly in accordance with the law.
